By purchasing from this store you automatically agree to the terms and conditions detailed below.

This website does not collect personal data from users without their knowledge, nor are they shared to third parties. The information obtained will be for exclusive use for better functioning of the Malvarrosa Cerámica Brand.

All pieces are sent by Correos with tracking and signature.
There is the option to buy the pieces with insurance.
A tracking number will be sent to your email and you will be able to check the status on the Correos website.
Please carefully verify that your delivery address and the one paypal provided to me through your account are the same.
I will process orders as quickly as possible, but please, keep note that Malvarrosa Cerámica is just one person.

In case of return, exchange, lost or breakage during the shipment, shipping costs will not be returned.
In case of damaged during the transport, the buyer will be able to recover the amount of the pieces. Buyer must notify it via e-mail to hola@malvarrosaceramica.com within 48 hours of receipt.
In case of lost during the transport, the buyer will be able to recover the amount of the pieces. Unless the shipping error was made by the buyer.
In case of change, it must be notified via e-mail to hola@malvarrosaceramica.com. within 7 days of receipt. The expenses of the reshipment and the shipment will be responsability of the buyer. Once the piece is received by Malvarrosa Cerámica the shipment of the new piece will be made.
In case of return, it must be notified via e-mail to hola@malvarrosaceramica.com. within 7 days of receipt. The reshipment will be responsability of the buyer. Once the piece is received by Malvarrosa Cerámica the amount of the piece will be returned to the buyer.
The pieces are handmade and in case of wanting a replacement, mind that there's probably no other similar piece, and if there is, it probably has another peculiarity. Read the "The pieces" section.

I use PayPal as a payment platform, which is located within the European Economic Area, and which guarantees the protection of your data according with its privacy policy. You can know more on their website.
I also accept payment by credit or debit card. This payment is made through the Stripe payment platform, which is also very common and secure. You can know more on their website.
Once the payment has been made, the piece or pieces will be sent together with the corresponding invoice.
